What is your returns policy?

Our money back guarantee means that if for any reason that you are not satisfied with any item, we will refund the full purchase price, providing the goods are returned in unused condition and in original packaging within 14 days. This does not apply to specially ordered, non-stock items.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for orders over $175 including GST, Orders under $175 including GST will incur a $15 plus GST fee. View our full shipping terms here.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere Australia wide. We can deliver overseas, however we will have to quote for shipping.

How long will delivery take?

Upon receipt of your order, it will be processed within 24 hours and delivered to you shortly thereafter. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery. However, if you need something urgently we offer an overnight airbag service, which may incur extra cost.

Do you deliver dangerous goods?

All items marked with a Symbol are classified as dangerous goods and a $25.00 plus GST freight surcharge per order applies. View our full shipping terms here.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cheque, or Direct Debit.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Your order can be cancelled however this does not apply to specially ordered, non-stock items. To change your order please phone us on 1300 75 25 80 or email.

All prices on this website are inclusive of GST.
